Our retreats run from 1PM to 5PM and provide a comprehensive blend of physical activities, educational talks, and therapeutic practices tailored to those seeking relief from anxiety.

Guided Meditation and Breathing Exercises
This session features a guided meditation and breathing exercises tailored to support those experiencing anxiety. The focus is on deep, calming breaths to help reconnect with the body, easing chest tightness or shallow breathing often associated with anxiety.

Break - Tea and Cake
Take time to relax and enjoy tea and cake in a calm and supportive environment. If preferred, participants are welcome to bring a healthy alternative.
