The Sleep Retreat combines the latest research in sleep science with practical, holistic interventions to help you reset your rest. Through a blend of education, discussion, and relaxation, you’ll explore how to:
🌿 Understand the science of circadian rhythms and why they matter
🌿 Calm the nervous system through breathwork and gentle movement
🌿 Create an evening routine that supports natural, restorative sleep
🌿 Use mindful relaxation to manage stress and racing thoughts
Refreshments are provided, and all sessions are designed to be accessible, nurturing, and evidence-informed.
