An uplifting, movement-based meditation designed to release stress, awaken energy, and restore inner balance. This guided workshop moves through gentle shaking, free dance, stillness, and deep rest, allowing the body and mind to unwind naturally. Suitable for all levels, with no previous meditation or dance experience needed. A nourishing, supportive space to reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter and clearer.

This half-day Emotional Resilience Retreat focuses on understanding how we respond when life feels demanding, and how to stay grounded, clear, and connected in challenging moments.
Using insights from psychology and nervous-system science, the session explores emotional regulation, boundary awareness, and assertive communication, alongside practical strategies for managing mental and emotional load at home, at work, and in relationships.
Facilitated by Integrated Health & Wellbeing Lead Kate Robbins, this small-group retreat combines evidence-informed learning with gentle body-based practices, reflection, and discussion. You’ll leave with practical tools and a stronger sense of self-trust when navigating everyday pressures.

The Sleep Retreat is a calming half-day experience designed to help you understand why sleep can become disrupted and how to gently restore it. Blending modern sleep science with restorative movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, this retreat supports nervous system regulation and deep rest.
You’ll explore how stress, circadian rhythms, and lifestyle factors influence sleep, learn practical techniques to quiet the mind and body, and leave with simple tools you can use at home. This is not about quick fixes or pressure to “sleep better,” but about creating safety, balance, and the conditions for natural, restorative sleep.
