Join us for an afternoon dedicated to recharging your mind, body, and spirit. This half-day retreat is designed to boost your energy, help you reconnect with yourself, and find balance as we move into autumn. Open to both men and women, our retreat blends yoga, coaching, and meditation in a supportive, serene environment.
Retreat Schedule:
1:00 pm - Arrival & Welcome
Meet in The Den for introductions, setting intentions, and a brief overview of the day.
1:30 pm - ‘Boost Your Energy’ Yoga Session
Head to The Barn for an energizing yoga class designed to awaken your body and uplift your spirit.
2:30 pm - Refreshments & Snacks
Return to The Den to relax, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with fellow participants.
3:00 pm - Energy Boost Coaching Session
A talk focusing on optimizing your energy naturally. We’ll cover the five pillars of wellness—sleep, movement, stress, mindset, and nutrition—focusing on adrenal health and combating fatigue.
3:30 pm - Energy Healing Meditation
A rejuvenating meditation session aimed at uplifting both mind and body, helping you reconnect with your inner energy.
4:00 pm - Group Chat & Revisit Intentions
A reflective group discussion to revisit your intentions set at the start of the retreat.
4:30 pm - Closing & Farewell

Alongside her 200-hour yoga diploma with Kashish Yoga School, Gemma is a certified Yoga Therapist, specialising in lifestyle diseases. Gemma has trained in Ayurveda, and yoga for women’s health. She's also an Angelic Reiki Master, Angel Healer and Master Energy Colour Healer & Teacher. And is a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) Gemma is committed to helping you find balance and renewal in every part of your life.
Hayley has a Health Coach diploma, having studied with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a member of the ANP (dipCNM and mANP)
She specialises in supporting busy women achieve their unique health and wellbeing goals. Through a personalised, holistic approach. Hayley empowers and educates women to understand how their body works for them and how they can achieve their goals, working together on the 5 pillars -- nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and mindset.
