- 1:00 PM – Meet, Greet, and Intention Setting
Start the retreat with introductions and set your intentions for the day.
- 1:30 PM – Yoga for Insomnia & Better Sleep
Engage in a specially designed yoga session focusing on alleviating insomnia and promoting restful sleep.
- 2:30 PM – Refreshments & Snacks
Take a break and enjoy some light refreshments.
- 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM – Talk & Coaching Session: Establishing Good Habits . Dive into key topics like hormones, diet, and routines. Discover why "A good night's sleep starts in the morning."
- 3:45 PM - 4:15 PM – Body Scan & Belly Breathing
Relax and unwind with guided meditation and breathing exercises to calm the body and mind.
- 4:15 PM – Revisit Intentions
Reflect on your initial intentions and what you’ve learned.
- 4:45 PM – Finish

Alongside her 200-hour yoga diploma with Kashish Yoga School, Gemma is a certified Yoga Therapist, specialising in lifestyle diseases. Gemma has trained in Ayurveda, and yoga for women’s health. She's also an Angelic Reiki Master, Angel Healer and Master Energy Colour Healer & Teacher. And is a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) Gemma is committed to helping you find balance and renewal in every part of your life.
Hayley has a Health Coach diploma, having studied with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a member of the ANP (dipCNM and mANP)
She specialises in supporting busy women achieve their unique health and wellbeing goals. Through a personalised, holistic approach. Hayley empowers and educates women to understand how their body works for them and how they can achieve their goals, working together on the 5 pillars -- nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and mindset.
