The Barn is a private events space located in the village of Brailies on the Oxfordshire/ Warwickshire border and is easily accessible from the M40 at both Banbury and Stratford upon Avon. The property is a multifunctional space, offering several configurations to meet a variety of different needs. 

The Barn itself offers a 14.21m x 4.58m studio / meeting room which can host upto 30 guests. In addition The Barn also includes a 4.58m x 3.58 reception/ breakout area.  Toilets and showers are also located in the building.

In addition to The Barn, the site also offers a suite of three interconnected rooms totalling a further 13.79m x 5.25m located in a separate building next to The Barn.

The site offers ample free parking and a private garden. 

Day rates for each space are below. There is a minimal rental period of 2 hours. The Barn and office suites are available to rent between 8.30am and 5:30pm Monday - Sunday. It maybe possible to extend these hours at an additional charge.
