Kate combines a strong clinical foundation with over a decade of experience supporting clients to manage pain, fatigue, and long-term health conditions. Her work bridges the gap between physical and emotional wellbeing — helping clients understand their bodies, build resilience, and create sustainable change.
She holds professional qualifications in Health and Wellbeing Coaching, Nutrition (Level 4), Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Sports and Remedial Massage, and Personal Training. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Coaching for Fibromyalgia, alongside further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and Coaching for Chronic Conditions.
Drawing on this multidisciplinary background, Kate offers a compassionate yet structured approach to health and wellbeing. She believes in the power of informed self-care, guiding clients to make practical, meaningful adjustments that reduce pain, restore energy, and improve quality of life.
Alongside her one-to-one practice, Kate regularly runs group coaching workshops on chronic pain management, fatigue recovery, and stress resilience. Her sessions combine evidence-based strategies with genuine empathy — helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered to take back control of their wellbeing.
