YOUR COACH - KATE ROBBINS

Kate combines a strong clinical foundation with over a decade of experience supporting clients to manage pain, fatigue, and long-term health conditions. Her work bridges the gap between physical and emotional wellbeing — helping clients understand their bodies, build resilience, and create sustainable change.

She holds professional qualifications in Health and Wellbeing Coaching, Nutrition (Level 4), Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Sports and Remedial Massage, and Personal Training. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Coaching for Fibromyalgia, alongside further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and Coaching for Chronic Conditions.

Drawing on this multidisciplinary background, Kate offers a compassionate yet structured approach to health and wellbeing. She believes in the power of informed self-care, guiding clients to make practical, meaningful adjustments that reduce pain, restore energy, and improve quality of life.

Alongside her one-to-one practice, Kate regularly runs group coaching workshops on chronic pain management, fatigue recovery, and stress resilience. Her sessions combine evidence-based strategies with genuine empathy — helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered to take back control of their wellbeing.

A comprehensive three-month programme designed for sustainable change.

For those living with complex or long-term conditions such as fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, polymyalgia, or chronic pain.

Includes:

🔸 9 x 60-minute sessions, tailored around your energy and needs
🔸 Personalised recovery framework and symptom-management plan
🔸 Regular email or voice-note support for accountability and encouragement
🔸 Techniques to calm the nervous system and support neuroplasticity
🔸 Optional relaxation recording or guided meditation designed for you

Ideal for clients seeking a deeper, more supported journey to healing and self-understanding.

ONGOING SUPPORT - £110 PER SESSION OR £300 FOR A THREE SESSION BUNDLE

For clients who have completed a programme and wish to maintain progress.
