A collective of experienced therapists and teachers who are passionate about helping others find balance and wellbeing. 


At The Barn, everything we do is shaped by a shared belief in holistic wellbeing and the restorative power of human connection. Led by founders Kate Robbins and Gemma Sizer, our team brings together years of experience in bodywork, yoga, and integrative therapies to create a truly nurturing space for healing and growth. Alongside our core practitioners, we’re proud to collaborate with a wider network of skilled therapists, teachers, and facilitators who share our values of compassion, integrity, and care. 

GEMMA SIZER - HOLITISTIC MOVEMENT & ENERGY LEAD

Gemma brings a calm, intuitive presence and a wealth of experience to her work in yoga therapy and holistic wellbeing. With over a decade of hands-on practice, she helps clients find ease in both body and mind — blending evidence-informed movement with energetic and spiritual approaches to healing.

A 200-hour multistyle Yoga Alliance–accredited teacher, Gemma has undertaken specialised Yoga Therapy training in chronic pain and illness management, alongside additional qualifications in Yoga and Ayurveda, Women’s Health, Pranayama Breathwork and is a qualified meditation coach. She also draws from her background as a Clinical Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist, and Reiki Practitioner, creating deeply restorative sessions tailored to individual needs.

Her work is rooted in understanding the mind-body connection — integrating trauma-informed principles, gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation to support emotional regulation and physical recovery. As an Angelic Reiki Master and Spiritual Coach, Gemma also offers a compassionate, intuitive approach for those drawn to explore energy healing and self-awareness more deeply.

Gemma’s sessions are known for their warmth, authenticity, and nurturing pace — offering a safe, supportive space to rest, release, and reconnect.

KATE ROBBINS- INTERGRATED HEALTH AND WELLBING LEAD

Kate combines a strong clinical foundation with over a decade of experience supporting clients. Her work bridges the physical and emotional aspects of wellbeing — helping people understand their bodies, build resilience, and create lasting change.


Her expertise spans both mental and physical health interventions, including professional qualifications in Health and Wellbeing Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Nutrition and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques. She also holds advanced certifications in Sports and Remedial Massage, Personal Training, and Wellness Coaching for Fibromyalgia, enabling her to work holistically across movement, mindset, and recovery.


Drawing on her multidisciplinary background, Kate offers a compassionate yet structured approach that brings together evidence-based coaching and CBT techniques. Sessions focus on building resilience, developing practical strategies, and creating sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.


This is forward-focused work. It isn’t psychotherapy or counselling; instead, it’s about helping you take clear, confident steps toward the future you want. Kate’s style is supportive, empowering, and grounded in real-world tools that you can start using straight away.

ROSIE HOLLAND - THERAPIST

 Rosie brings a wealth of hands-on experience across sports massage, holistic therapies, and beauty treatments. With a deep understanding of the body and a calm, reassuring presence, she helps clients release tension, restore balance, and feel renewed from the inside out.


Her approach combines professional skill with genuine warmth, creating treatments that are both restorative and results-focused. Whether working on injury recovery, relaxation, or overall wellbeing, Rosie’s sessions blend clinical precision with a nurturing touch.

DEEBIE WILLIAMS - THERAPIST

 With over 20 years of experience, Debbie combines advanced skincare expertise with a deeply intuitive approach to energy healing. As both an aesthetician and Reiki practitioner, she believes that true radiance begins with balance — nurturing not only the skin but the whole self.


Warm, genuine, and open-hearted, Debbie creates a calm, restorative space where clients feel seen, cared for, and renewed. Her treatments blend technical skill with gentle energy work, supporting both outer beauty and inner harmony.

HAYLEY TUCKER - HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH

 Hayley is a certified Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, dedicated to helping women rediscover balance, energy, and confidence in their wellbeing. Her approach is deeply personal — shaped by her own experience of navigating the physical and emotional changes of motherhood.


Through tailored coaching and practical guidance, Hayley supports busy women in rebuilding healthy habits, restoring vitality, and reconnecting with themselves. Compassionate and understanding, she offers realistic, nurturing strategies that make sustainable wellbeing feel achievable.

CAMILLA CREWSELL - PERSONAL TRAINER

 Camilla is an experienced Personal Trainer, triathlete, and British Triathlon Foundation Coach, passionate about helping others discover the strength and confidence that movement brings. A lifelong athlete and dedicated mother, she understands the challenges of balancing health, family, and modern life — and the power of exercise to restore.


With qualifications including NASM Level 3 Personal Training and Pre- and Post-Natal specialisation, Camilla offers tailored, motivating sessions that focus on building resilience, improving energy, and finding joy in movement. Her upbeat, encouraging approach helps clients reconnect with their physical potential and create lasting habits for wellbeing.

FIONA GULEC - REIKI MASTER & SOUND THERAPIST

Fiona is an experienced Reiki Master and teacher with many years of practice helping clients restore balance, release emotional and physical tension, and reconnect with their inner calm.     Alongside her group retreats, Kate also offers one-to-one coaching sessions, creating personalised wellbeing plans that address both the physical and emotional aspects of chronic pain, fatigue and well-being.


    Kate’s one-to-one sessions offer a calm, supportive space to explore your health and wellbeing in more depth. These sessions are ideal if you’d like tailored support for managing Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, fatigue, stress, or overall lifestyle balance.


    Each session is shaped around you — combining gentle coaching, education, and practical tools drawn from mindfulness, breathwork, movement therapy, CBT and pain management science. Together, you’ll create an achievable, personalised plan designed to help you feel more in control of your wellbeing.

    YOGA THERAPY

    WORK WITH GEMMA 1:1

      Alongside her treatments, classes and retreats Gemma Sizer offers individual Yoga Therapy sessions designed to support clients managing a wide range of physical and emotional health concerns.


    As a qualified Yoga Therapist, Gemma integrates clinical understanding with evidence-based movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. She works with clients experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, stress, postural issues, menopause-related symptoms, and recovery from injury — tailoring each session to individual ability and need.


    These one-to-one sessions provide a safe, structured space to explore movement and breath with professional guidance. Gemma’s approach focuses on improving mobility, managing symptoms, and enhancing overall quality of life through practical, sustainable techniques that can be integrated into daily routines.
