We understand that plans sometimes change. The following cancellation terms apply to bookings made with The Barn Wellbeing Retreat.
RETREATS, COACHING, 1:1 SUPPORT & CLASSES
Bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before your booking. With a minimum of 48 hours' notice, you can choose to:
• Transfer your booking to another available date; or
• Receive a voucher for the value of your booking to use towards a future booking at The Barn.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, we are unable to offer a transfer, voucher or refund.
Transfers are subject to availability.
TREATMENTS
If you need to cancel or rearrange a treatment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full treatment price.
Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, your appointment can be rearranged without charge.
PRIVATE EVENTS & GROUP BOOKINGS
Private events and group bookings are subject to their own cancellation and payment terms.
These will be provided as part of your individual booking agreement or contract before your event is confirmed.
IF THE BARN CANCELS YOUR BOOKING
Very occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule a class, treatment, retreat, coaching session or other booking.
If we cancel and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you paid for the cancelled service.
We are not responsible for additional costs you may have incurred in connection with attending, such as travel or accommodation, except where required by law.
