Alongside her 200-hour Yoga Diploma with Kashish Yoga School, Gemma is a certified Holistic Massage Therapist and Yoga Therapist, specialising in lifestyle diseases. She holds a certificate in Advanced Menopause Awareness from Jennifer Young and is a qualified Hormonal Wellness Coach. Gemma has also trained extensively in Ayurveda and yoga for women’s health.
She is an Angelic Reiki Master, Angel Healer, and Master Energy Colour Healer & Teacher. Gemma is deeply committed to helping you cultivate self-love, balance, and renewal in every area of your life.
Hayley Tucker is a certified Health Coach, accredited by the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and a mother of two. Her personal journey into motherhood highlighted the profound impact it had on her physical health, routines, diet, and mental well-being. This experience ignited her passion to support other mothers facing similar challenges. Through her practice, Hayley Tucker Health, she offers tailored coaching and health plans designed specifically for busy women with growing families. Her mission is to empower women with personalized knowledge, guidance, confidence, and support, enabling them to regain control over their health and well-being amidst life's challenges.
