We offer far more than “massage.” Our therapists are experienced in working with injury, chronic pain, long-term conditions and stress-related tension. Treatments are adapted to what your body actually needs, combining clinical understanding with calm, responsive care.
Sessions are not pre-set routines. They are shaped by assessment, experience and ongoing dialogue with you. Whether you need targeted remedial work, support with persistent pain, or space to ease accumulated tension, your treatment is tailored accordingly.
Our therapies include sports massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, remedial and holistic massage, alongside specialist and restorative approaches. Each session is delivered with a focus on helping your body settle, recover and function more comfortably.

CLASSES LEAD BY SPECIALISTS
Our classes are taught by experienced practitioners who understand how the body responds to stress, fatigue and injury. Depth of knowledge matters here. Sessions are designed to be intelligent, adaptable and genuinely supportive.
Yoga at The Barn is led by a certified yoga therapist, meaning classes can be adapted for a wide range of bodies, abilities and health conditions. The focus is not on performance, but on safe progression, mobility and confidence.
Pilates and fitness sessions are delivered with careful attention to alignment, strength and sustainable improvement. These are not high-pressure environments. They are structured, progressive classes designed to help you feel stronger and more capable over time.
Breathwork and restorative practices are guided by experienced practitioners with specialist training in regulation work. These sessions support recovery, calm mental noise and help your system settle in a way that carries beyond the room.
Across all classes, the emphasis is the same: intelligent movement, informed guidance and an environment where you feel supported rather than pushed.

Rather than offering fixed routines, we adapt pressure, pace and technique to suit your body, your energy and your current capacity. Any areas of the body can be included or prioritised depending on what feels most supportive on the day.
Sessions are available in 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute blocks.
30 minutes - £32
Perfect for a quick pick me up, a specific complaint or when time or tolerance to touch is short.
45 minutes – £45
Ideal for focused work on specific areas or when a shorter, clinically cautious session is more appropriate.
60 minutes – £57
A balanced, full treatment allowing time to address multiple areas while maintaining a calm, contained pace.
