Using insights from psychology and nervous-system science, the session explores emotional regulation, boundary awareness, and assertive communication, people pleasing, handling criticism, and managing confrontation alongside practical strategies for supporting mental and emotional load at home, at work, and in relationships.

Facilitated by Integrated Health & Wellbeing Lead Kate Robbins, this small-group retreat combines evidence-informed learning with gentle body-based practices, reflection, and discussion. You’ll leave with practical tools and a stronger sense of self-trust when navigating everyday pressures.
