With your mind quieter and your body more at ease, we'll explore the science of stress and rest through guided exercises, helping you to better understand how your body and mind respond to the demands of everyday life. You'll discover practical ways to support your wellbeing, alongside self myofascial release techniques to ease physical tension and encourage relaxation in both body and mind.

The final part of the day is about taking what you've experienced forward. Through mindful crafting and guided journalling, you'll have time to reflect, create a keepsake and begin turning the day's learning into simple habits that can support your wellbeing long after the retreat has ended.
