COUPLES MASSAGE WORKSHOP

A relaxed, private experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect and learn simple massage techniques you can confidently use at home.


Set within the calm surroundings of The Barn, this three-hour guided workshop combines therapeutic touch, practical learning and genuine quality time together. 


Rather than simply receiving a treatment, you’ll be shown how to support one another through massage techniques designed to ease tension, encourage relaxation and help the nervous system settle.


Whether you arrive feeling stressed, busy, disconnected or simply in need of time together, the workshop offers space to properly pause for a few hours and focus entirely on each other.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your session is completely private and guided by an experienced therapist throughout.


During the workshop you’ll learn accessible, effective massage techniques tailored to your comfort levels and interests. Sessions can focus on areas such as:


🌿 Back, neck and shoulders
🌿 Legs and hips
🌿 Scalp and face massage
🌿 Relaxation techniques for stress and tension
🌿 Simple approaches to creating calm through touch


No previous experience is needed, and the workshop is designed to feel relaxed and supportive rather than overly technical or formal.


Refreshments are provided, and there is plenty of time built in to pause, ask questions and enjoy the experience together without rushing.

MORE THAN JUST A TREATMENT

BOOKING INFORMATION

Couples Massage Workshops are hosted privately at The Barn, last approximately three hours and are £220 per couple.


Workshops are available by appointment throughout the year and can be booked via the link below.
